The ProjectUp grant will provide funds to support five community organizations to assist residents enroll into the Affordable Connectivity Program. The organizations are Community Action of Pioneer Valley, Springfield Partners for Community Action, New North Citizens’ Council, Center for New Americans, and Viability.
