The Alliance works collectively with 200+ community-based organizations to deploy digital equity programs including digital skills training, device distribution, affordable Internet solutions in order to assure equitable Internet access to all.

The Alliance and its primary funder, the Mass. Broadband Institute (MBI) is surveying residents in the state about how digital equity services have improved their quality of life. Data collected from elsewhere in the Commonwealth demonstrate the impact of digital equity work, now we can contribute with Western Mass. experiences.
