Statewide Digital Equity Day - Wed. June 25, 2025

Digital Equity Advocacy Day at the Statehouse on Wednesday, June 25th, was a huge success – turnout by partner organizations and Alliance members. Full information can be found here 

Digital Equity Day was convened in partnership, the Team at the Alliance for Digital Equity, the Alliance Advocacy Working Group, and our statewide digital equity partners, MLRI, City of Boston, VinFen, Healthy Aging Collaborative, Tech Goes Home, the MA Digital Equity Coalition, and the T-Med Coalition.

Legislative Focus

Based on Alliance member feedback and input from our regional and statewide partners, the Alliance is promoting two digital equity bills in the Massachusetts Legislature in 2025.

Statewide Credentialing Program Commission for Digital Navigators

H.100: Rep. Sabadosa

The public hearing for H100 will be on July 10 from 1:00 to 5:0o pm before the Joint Committee on Advanced Information Technology. Click here for  information on attending in-person or watching the hearing virtually.

The deadline for oral testimony has passed but written testimony is still be accepted.  Written testimony may be submitted digitally or by traditional mail. Instructions  are here.
