The Alliance has several core foundational principles that it applies to the solutions we develop.
Center the solutions on the people impacted by digital inequity. This means ground-truthing ideas and using people's experience to inform the design and implementation.
The Alliance recognizes the many formal and informal networks that connect organizations and people in our region. The Alliance seeks to bring added value and coordination to these networks and use the wisdom and connectivity of the networks for design and implementation.
If it already exists, the Alliance would prefer to expand or enhance existing capacity, rather than build something new.
