Facilitative Leadership, Network Convening and Learning Community for Western Mass Digital Navigators!

Join us for this unique and engaging three-day professional development and leadership workshop to develop new skills, hone ones you already have, connect with amazing colleagues and co-create the new and exciting role of digital navigation in our region.

This experience will include some elements of training, time for individual and group practice and reflection, as well as an opportunity to collectively clarify and shape the field of digital navigation to support a stronger sense of equitable belonging and cultivate a shared, coordinated approach to digital and civic participation in and across communities. Participants will gain facilitative leadership skills, develop a learning community of practice regionally for the digital navigation field, and support standards and best practices through this initial convening and future training programs created collaboratively.
